Arrived during the noon hour and there only a few cars in the parking lot. Found out after I spend time selecting shoes that their computers were down. So I was able to leave my purchase ar the register to come back later. Came back an hour later at 1:30. Only one register open. Had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes before I finally got checked out. Should have been more vigilant in seeing that RETURNING customers were handled quickly. Everything else was great. Recommend.

I went to the store around 10:30 am, ON Feb 2; 2024, they didn’t have my size but said they could order. Went thru the ordering process, and was told that it would take anywhere from 5 - 10 working days to receive my order. THEY WERE DELIVERED THE VERY NEXT DAY, ON FEB 3, 2024! WHAT VERY GOOD SERVICE!!! Thank you Shoe Station, for being so prompt!!

Found a pair of Skechers in the store and liked them. Saw the Skechers outlet across the street and thought they might be cheaper there. Took a picture of the stock number and price. The outlet store was $9.00 HIGHER!! Went back to Shoe Station and got my shoes.

My friends and I always love stopping in at a shoe station and seeing what they have in stock, especially what they have on sale in stock. We often prefer to shop at the shoe station in Gulf Shores, Alabama, as they always have a good selection and a good sale selection. It is our favorite shoe store For summer sandals and sometimes for short boots.
